Matthew Taba (R) is a residential and commercial real estate broker whose knowledge of Kauai real estate is rooted in his local upbringing and experience in various sectors of the real estate industry. He is a fourth generation Kauai resident who cares for each of his clients like family. Matt graduated from Waimea High School and earned his bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College in Illinois. Prior to founding Taba Realty & Development, he served Kauai Realty, Kukuiula Development Company in Poipu as a Sales Executive, and Lithicum Custom Builders as the Director of Business Development. He is the Vice President of the Contractor’s Association of Kauai Board, the President of the Boys & Girls Club of Kauai Board, a member of Kalaheo Missionary Church, a member of the Leadership Kauai Alumni Board, and a coach of various youth sports teams.

Erin Koshi (RA), Realtor Associate

Erin Koshi (RA) is a residential and commercial real estate agent who was born and raised on the island of Kauai. Erin graduated from Kauai High School and earned his bachelor’s degree in Communication from Bethel College in Indiana. Prior to joining Taba Realty & Development, he worked as a Producer for KHON2 News on Oahu and later at the Wyndham at Waikiki Beach Walk as Guest Services Manager. He returned to Kauai following a two-year missions trip to Phang Nga, Thailand where he volunteered with a local church. His past work experience and world travels helped shape his devotion to serving others with integrity and forming personalized relationships with them.
